Regarding the returns and exchanges department I love this Costco, and I have been coming here for the last 5 years. Everyone... that works here has always provided an amazing costumer service, at every single department. Unfortunately, lately, the onlydepartment I have had a problem with was the returns and exchange area, and it has been twice that this has happened with thesame new person. I never write this kind of reviews, Aaron from this specific department does not show having experience withcostumer service as he isn?t friendly while helping and seems annoyed by it. Today, I went with my mom to return an item and heeven seemed disgusted to give the receipt to my mom, as he did to me the last time. We truly appreciate everyone else in thisarea, who always show a smile, and are actually happy to help their costumers. Read more

Almost always busy, but lines move quickly. Great deals and sometimes additional sales that make the prices even better. Samples... are nice to try. Can't beat the hot dog and soda deal at the food court! Read more

It's Costco. It's consistent, reliable, and like every other Costco you have been to in Houston. The parking lot is packed, but... you'll find a spot eventually. I have been to much worst Costco's (couldn't even find a spot at the far end last row). Inside,everything was organized as expected. They seem to be well-stocked and had everything we were looking for. The hot food areawas not as busy as the other Costco which was great news. We grabbed a hot dog and it met expectations. Read more
Everyone loves Costco, sure! But I LOVE the Costco pizza so much that my boys come for lunch once a week or so & enjoy a... ridiculously huge slice each, fills us up & hits the spot! Read more
Always great shopping experiences. Before 11am is best to avoid excessively long lines. Lots of great stuff at decent prices.... Can always find something you didn't think you needed. Read more
