The food was great, only thing we didn't finish was the onion rings, but we are not a fan of beer bartered onion rings (wifedidn't know when she ordered). First time trying Craft Burger. We arrived early on a Saturday. We both ordered the Classic Cheeseburger. My better half added... caramelized bacon to hers while I added sauteed jalapenos. The meat was perfectly seasoned and consistent on the flavor. I triedthe sweet potato fries which had a good flavor but were a bit mushy. My wife ordered the onion rings which were huge! The onionrings had a great flavor. The decor inside was welcoming and had a Houston/Katy flair with hand painted murals on the walls. Atmosphere was great and laid back. Music plays softly in the background low and comfortable but loud enough to enjoy the music.... The menu was pretty straightforward and explained what everything was. The staff was so hospitable! I got the All AmericanDouble Burger with Loaded Fries & my boyfriend got the Juicy Lucy with truffle fries. Then we had a brownie milkshake to finishlunch off. The portions are more than enough. I love the atmosphere and the fact the chef was on CHOPPED! Everyone is very friendly and brings that southern hospitality to... the place. He actually took my order and was very informative on the menu. I got the veggie burger because I never had itbefore. It was very good and I love the fries. We are new to Katy, so this was our first time at this restaurant. Craft Burger came highly recommended. It definitely lived up... to the recommendation. The customer service is great. The guy at the register was very friendly and knowledgeable. We orderedloaded fries, a Classic Burger, and the Bacon BBQ Burger. The burger, bacon, and fries were delicious and cooked perfectly. Ourorder came out quickly. The guy came by the table to make sure we were pleased with our food since he recommended the BBQBurger. We will definitely be back.
