Very poor customer service. I walked into the store with my daughter and there were about 8 people there working. No one greeted... nor cared to even acknowledge us. After some time, one of them came closer to the counter and I greeted him but he ignored meand asked for name. I told him and he went and got our order and verifying we have already paid, he left our order on thecounter and walked away. As he was walking away from me, I asked him if this was a silenced trade? He ignored me. I asked for amanager and he said he was the manager. To my greatest surprise, I asked for his name and he walked away refusing to tell me hisname after several times of asking. I asked another staff there for the that manager?s name and he said his name was Max. Ifeel highly offended about the level of poor quality service received from this store and it is a poor quality that reflectsheavily on Dominos Pizza as a company. Read more
Katy Gaston Location!!!!!!! Called to place order person answering the phone was very rude!!!!!!!!! informed me that they were... not taking orders it?s Friday night 8:30 pm I also informed him website states unable to order online he stated that?s not hisproblem what is going on I have never experienced this type of poor customer service and he hung up the phone!!!!! It's Dominos. Consistent pizza, good price when you use a coupon, and fairly quick. They are like the McDonald's of the pizza... world when you want a familiar taste. I typically do carry out at this location and despite being short staffed, they havealways had my pizza ready in the time indicated during the ordering process. Read more
I ordered pizza and wings for my son while my husband and I were out for dinner. When the order arrived, it was the wrong order.... My teenage son called the store to report that he had received the wrong order. They promptly sent him the correct order andcredited us back out payment. I want to commend this location for going above and beyond to correct the mistake. Thanks forbeing so attentive! And the quality is always solid! Read more
A week ago I ordered pizza and requested it handed to me on delivery. Pizza never came. Called and they said they left it... outside someone?s door that clearly wasn?t mine. Manager advised would have order remade and delivered. Waited 30 plus minutesand called as I?d asked them to have the driver call me and not just leave my order. Manager said driver went to a house and theperson clearly asked why you were bringing them another pizza. So they were delivering my pizza again to the wrong address.Instead of the driver calling the person who ordered they went back to store. Not sure how hard it is to call the person whoordered if you can?t verify the address. I provided the correct address as I know my address. Never had this issue with anyother pizza delivery companies. Will never order dominos again as they clearly like to waste gas and resources on delivering towrong home. They have always rang door bell and waited for me to answer. Who would want you to just leave a pizza on the ground. Read more
Never had a problem with the pizzas or delivery...today I got some of the cinnamon breads really tiny...odd. I'd like a full... size on all 8 next time, please. Also, close the boxes with some sticker when delivering, "quality seal", like other places aredoing. That'd be great. Thanks. Read more
Multiple times this location decides they don't feel like delivering pizza to their area or have closed completely at times.... You're a pizza company, that's the only thing you do. If you don't understand staffing requirements and logistics then you needto change out management and probably ownership as well. Go elsewhere for your pizza. Guess what, 12/2/2022 not open again, notdelivering pizza, phone goes to a dead end.....you had one job. Read more
