I have always had good service out of this restaurant since I first moved in my neighborhood. But lately for the past 2 months... now they have been super slow about getting deliveries. This time I went in to cancel my order and the way the manager talk tome is unacceptable. I told him I was going to never be a customer again and he said great. Manager clay the one that said this.Which also said some other things I won't mention on here. But instead of acting like a real manager and asking how if he couldresolve the issue and he just told me great. He did nothing but make excuses. We called up there three times nobody would answerthe phones let it ring over 20 times. I will never come back to the store again. Read more
I ordered a pizza through online for a door pickup, when I reached the place the pizza was not ready so they told me to wait... for 6 mins. When they started doing topping for pizza - they did not use the hand gloves. They were doing all activities barehands . Unhealthy! Not recommend.. Read more
This is hands down the worst pizza place I?ve ever dealt with. Multiple times ordering from them with 2 hour waits. Even offered... to go pick up a fresh order but get ?we?re backed up an hour in the kitchen too? after trying to call for 20 minutes with noanswer. The app is no help either because eventually it just says ?pizza delivered? when it hasn?t. 2 hour wait for food for itto finally show up cold. Don?t waste your time or money at this location. I don't know what happened with this location, but the last few times have been terrible. One order, they completely mess up the... pizzas and I have to go back to get it fixed, and wait an additional 10-15 minutes for the correction. Then next time, theycompletely forgot a pizza and I had to wait for them to come back and deliver it. This last time was the worst. Had mydaughter's birthday party, I planned ahead and put in an order at 5:40pm, expecting worst case it gets delivered about 6:40.Well, 6:30 comes along and it's still in prep stage. I call, and they give me a spiel about being short staffed but it should bedelivered by 7pm. I call back at about 6:50 when it still hasn't moved, and they stated it was just put in the oven, so I askedhow long. They stated an additional hour. First thing apparently the app says a certain location can deliver and when the order is placed they cancel it saying we don?t... serve your area and then tells me to call and order at another store which is this store and here: very poor customer service,no response to the calls, forget my order. I would understand if you are tired or overwhelmed, a simply sorry and a fix what wasforgotten would have been appreciated but none was offered, and on top of it with an attitude gave me a pizza which was ofcourse missed from my order. This is what was delivered to me. Late!!! Then when ask to redeliver they delightfully agreed. 2 hours later no pizza and no... refund. No one has even reached back out to let me know anything. Yeah one star is too good for the service I have received!! Read more
As you see the picture I uploaded, all of the staff is so good, they work towards the customer satisfaction + (plus) good food... for all. I know Pizza has a lot of calories but when you decide to order means you agree to T&M :). This store's Pizza alwayscomes fresh from oven to all customers. During pandemic they served the community and all of us. I wanted to give a thanks toall of them by this review as they really deserve it. Absolutely the worst Domino's location. 4 out of the last 5 times times delivery was so late (2 hours) that I had to drive to... the location to pick up my pizza. On my last visit, I complained to the general manager that it was the 4th time I am having topick up a pizza that was supposed to be delivered and that they were losing a customer as a result. The general manager simplysaid "We are busy, I don't have enough people, and it's ok if we loose you as a customer". When I asked for the contactinformation for his boss, he said "Call 1-800-Dominos", stormed to the back, and told the staff to cancel my order. This was anorder that was placed on-line almost 2 hours prior, and paid for in full. I like Domino's pizza, but will never order from thislocation again.
