The worse service and customer service in my whole entire restaurant experience. I stopped going there for that specific reason.... They don't care about your concern about your order. That people needs take some classes on how to treat people better,especially when we customers got confused with their orders, you also have to understand that not everyone is from Venezuela,although you need to clarify and explain differences on your menu. Absolutely amazing. The shredded beef w soft cheese arepa changed my life. I?m not even kidding.
I ordered an arepa with queso blanco and it came empty, I called to notify them about this, and they didn?t believe me, they... asked me if I was sure about that because the person that prepared it remembered very well the cheese in it. they offered arefund but I have to go there, lol. So please next time believe in customers, be a little bit more gentle, I?m not going to callfor fun about my arepa when I?m starving. The food is really good but what a poor customer service. Kourmet fries! Huge burgers with flavor! Ham and egg on top ! Double beef is great you can mix around with the meats. The pork... chop burged is good too. All the meats are juice anx seasoned just right. If you like in-n-out animal fried kourmet fries killsthem!
