i had a Gift Reward on my app and they refused to scan that as they have an outdated systems. The app shows you can redeem the... purchase and a poor hygiene system. The manager was rude. extremely disappointed they were even out of stock for most of thereproducts and with old jars of toppings. the funny part was the employees weren't trained enough and called people to help themform Wetzel's next to it. Well I saw the place and I thought it would be a great idea to try the ice cream . I consumed it , some minutes later my stomach... was so upset . Attempted to get ice cream from this location.....as I was helping my 3 year old decide on toppings. I see a gnat flying over... the gummy bears. I was so grossed out....as I was attempting to get over what I saw and walk away. The teenager who wasserving the ice cream says, "do you still want it or no?" NOOOOOOOOOOOO, I do NOT want your gnat infested ice cream. I think Iwould have not been as annoyed if she would have been nicer. Rude employees, horrible customer service. Do better! Clean up!
