I love this place, but at the Katy mill mall location the cashier took extra money from me instead of giving me the special bc I... didn?t ask for it specifically. Then I asked if they would add cilantro to my wrap and he wanted to charge me extra 50 cents.I?ve came here plenty of times and never got charged extra for cilantro. I won?t be returning here. The food is pretty good and the service was too! The prices are way more than typical fast food, though. I?m pretty satisfied... with their Ultimate Fries and their smoothies. Their fries are curly and feel very nice unlike typical fast food fries. I knowthey often use syrups in their smoothies, but I really love their banana flavoring. Food was decent, but overpriced. I spent $11 and asked for a cup of tap water. They told me I had to buy a bottle of water.... (That's actually illegal. All restaurants must provide free water.) Ordered food through DoorDash. Philly cheesesteak wrap contained lettuce and tomatoes which is not mentioned in the description.... Notes were not read to remove unwanted items.
