Hat Creek really impressed me with their menu full of delicious gluten free options to include... gluten free buns for the burgers and all their sides are gluten free to include their regular and loaded fries. The staff isvery knowledgeable about the menu and allergy issues- really made us comfortable knowing it was a safe bet. Everything wasabsolutely delicious and puts Hat Creek on our go-to list in Katy. The menu is uncluttered and offers several different optionsfor burgers that inspires you to try each one. They have beer on draft as well as wine and canned adult beverages. Unlimitedsoft drinks to include iced tea. Service is friendly and fast. Reasonable prices. Indoor and outdoor seating. Playground forthe kids. Outdoor seating has fans to keep you cool while you watch the game or kids playing. The playground features a slideand ramp for climbing. Quick kid?s birthday party and we ordered without stress. I didn?t really like the outdoor eating because there were flies and... the Houston heat was intense. The playground was a good addition to the place where the kids can play without being in your hairall the time. The food was good. I particularly like the idea of waste segregation from point source. My first time here! It was great. The food was hot, fresh and well seasoned. The staff was nice and the restaurant was clean. I... dined in and it was an enjoyable experience. I don't have kiddos, but they have a really nice playground for them while theadults eat. Everything was great and the food was decently priced. They also have a drive thru!
