We ordered some food for delivery on Christmas. It arrived hot within 45 minutes. The portions were large. The Pad Thai looked... nothing like the usual Thai noodle dish. The lo-mein was flavorful but had a very gummy texture. It wasn't terrible food but myhusband and I both started feeling sick around 5am. It lasted for most of the day. Not sure if something was bad or there wassome cross contamination. We probably will pass on ordering from here again. Read more
The employees deliver on fantastic customer service. I only took off one star as there was a language barrier, over the phone,... when I had to inquire about a change on my order. It wasn?t a big deal as it was a change of my phone number. I ordered thefamily deal for 2. They provide plenty of food. Most places I?ve visited give more sides than entrees yet this wasn?t the casehere. We had enough main entrees and rice to eat a second meal the next day. Our meal came with 2 entrees, fried or white rice,2 egg rolls or crab puffs and 2 soups. Excellent amount of food for the price! I recommend this establishment in Tiger Square! Read more
After moving here to Katy area we have been searching for the best Chinese restaurant and looking for something similar to home.... So we found this place online and I?m so glad we did because we love it!! We?ve literally tried everything on their menu andit?s the best! If I could give 0 stars I would food is tasteless. My pan fried noodle was boiled food served in water with stale noodles. Egg... rolls were disgusting. Wonton soup was horrible and chicken corn soup is egg drop with corn crispy beef was soggy and tastedhorrible. Fried dumplings ha what a joke and served with peanut sauce. I just had the Thai Green Curry and that is not a green curry at all. The coconut milk was missing and it was literally a green... colour when it should be light green, I have been eating Thai for many years so I know a green curry when I see it. Surprisinglyit did taste ok though so I was able to eat it but next time I will try something else as I see good reviews for other dishes. Read more
I order delivery from the HS cafe about once a week and I have never had any problems with them. Their food is always hot and... delicious. My orders have always come before the projected wait time. I am eating the garlic beef right now as I type this, itis excellent. I love the vegetables that they put into the mix. I have not tried everything on the menu, but I have tried manyof their dishes. I have ordered beef lo mien and chicken fried rice a number of times and the HS cafe has been consistent withportions, quality, and service. The first delivery order I placed with them was for sweet and sour chicken. I was surprised byhow much chicken there was. I received a whole Togo box full of the chicken plus a side box of fried rice. After this, I knewthe place was not stingy and I continued to order from them.I have not been disappointed yet and I do not believe that I willever be. My only complaint is that sometimes their Togo forks are rather flimsy. I am not sure what the persons problem was inthe negative review, I definitely can not relate.
