Customer Service at is Worst all the time. Hispanic Lady working night shift is so Rude . I simply don?t understand why they... have her working there. It is so Sad the Owner has no idea what is going on with the night employees. Do you check the cameras? This lady slammed the drive thru window at me when I was about to ask her a question. 10/20/22 11 ish pm and on 10/22/23 at8:25 pm she yelled at me ? no stupid go to the bank?because I asked her if she could change a $20 bill for 2 $10s. Roaches crawling out of thw bag before we got home. Thru it all straight in the trash for safety. Food was ready at the window... which was cool. We waited behind 2 cars in front of us and thought it was to fast. Pretty sure they crawled in there before thefood was there. Kinda feel like going by there today to see if I can spot some. Just to be clear 1 out of 4 people isn't feelingwell today from jack in the box. And he is the only one that ate something on the way to the house. Read more

Everytime I go here I have issues. Drive through,speaker don't work . Went again, got my whole order wrong, guy there didn't... seem to care. Gave it another chance, ordered the mini tacos and they said they ran out. Gave it one last chance, went and thedoors were closed, it was 8pm. I was trying to dine in , instead of drive through since I always have issues. Well anotherissue. No more Jack, at this location. Read more
I understand lunch hour might be hectic, but this was a bit much. Forgot my drink so okay went back to get it. No biggie, I'm in... a bit of a rush now. I figured I didn't pay attention either at the drive thru. Then I realize I get an empty taco. No meet,barley any cheese, and some lettuce. This was my meal. I didn't have time to go back and claim this. I tried calling and noanswer. I understand things happen and maybe it's too busy, but I paid and it took time to go back and fourth. Emily is the nicest young lady and she is always so pleasant in the mornings! Her amazing attitude is one of the reason I come... to this location! My order is always right and there has only been a couple time that I came to this location and they were outof something, which is probably due to shipping issues. My food is always fresh and hot. I order tacos and the tacos were old and with no cheese, i also order eggrolls and they were burned, i ask for a diet coke and... they give me root beer with no ice, the guy who was taking order in the drive true was so rude and with no care about customerservice, i do work in a food company as well and this is totally disappointing from this place? never come back again Read more
