The store was clean and the employee was nice. The food however was not. We purchased the ham and cheese croissant a popper... and a cinnamon twist. I took one bite of the croissant and immediately spit all out. The acquired taste was horrible andlingering. At the same time, my husband was spitting out his popper. The cashier on duty at1:30PM on August 24, 2022 at the Spring Green Blvd location is very rude. I want to buy all the remaining... 8 muffins and she said she could only give me 6 as the other 2 were saved for someone to pick up. I asked her to put those 6muffins in a box because six muffins fits perfectly in a box. She said you bought those muffins at discount price and thoseboxes are very expensive. I have never seen cashier like that in this neighborhood. The store manager need to think twice if youwan to have staff like that in your store. Receipt available upon request to verify this review. The service here is exceptional. I have visited twice. However, I?m extremely disappointed in the quality (smell and taste) of... the food at this location. I love Kolache Factory and have been a customer for many years overall - my fav being the spinachKolache! The first time I visited this specific location I was disappointed- I had the special Thanksgiving kolache- it was dryand tasteless. I decided to try this location again yesterday and got the spinach - it was horrible. Again the service wasgreat, but the kolache itself (no exaggeration) smelled like someone rubbed their behind with it - it literally stunk!!! I stilltook a small bite in the car and that was even worse!! I decided to just give it to my dogs who eat anything and THEY SMELLED ITAND REFUSED TO EAT IT! Now that was totally odd. I don?t know what this location is doing horribly different but please stickto the franchise protocols for cooking. I won?t be giving this location another chance. Been going to kolache factory for years. At this one it was ok but with the sausage, eggs and cheese kolache, the sausage was... in one ball off to the side of the kolache. It wasn't mixed in with eggs like I'm used to. Read more

The hospitality here it?s amazing, the cashier today was super kind and humble. The only problem was that I order two Kolaches... (sausage & cheesse and Bacon, Egg & Cheese) the one with bacon had absolutely no bacon at all and the one with the sausage wasminimal, they don't have as much filling as they used to, that disappoints me. But please congratulate the guy who was in thedrive thru today at 10:50 am. He is amazing but the quality of the product wasn?t. Read more
The order mistakes in this location are frequent. Today we paid for 14 items got only 10, as we know they fail, we parked the... car and counted. Had to do the line again. And the window worker did not have customer service skills. Almost saying I didn?tprepare your order. I understand he is the one that hand out on the window. But there is the chance for the last orderverification. We loss valuable time. They?re inviting us to stop coming. Read more
