Don?t take my word for it, my 8yo son said it well: ?never go to Krispy Kreme!? We had to go b/c our reg go-to donut shop was... out of Apple fritters. I told my son we should give KK another try (have had bad experiences previously pre-COVID). I havesince, post-COVID, lowered my expectations with fast food establishments b/c of lack of resources, training, and overall workethic in establishments these days. Even with low standards, KK rated one-star (no option for zero stars). Needless to say,service was poor (gave me wrong order and was, thus, over charged) and food quality was bad, my iced mocha was worse than theone I get at the gas station and my Apple fritter was ice-cold. See picture below, the fritter looks like a piece of friedchicken (ugh!). It went straight into the trash at home. Save your money and time, if you expect decent service and decent food,go anywhere else but this KK. Read more
The donuts are fresh, but their service is very slow. I love their glazed donuts.
I don't often get donuts because they're awful for humans but a rare treat is okay. I like that KK offers smaller glazed donuts... now, thank you for that. Pumpkin everything has already taken over and it's not even September yet?? At least everything I triedwas tasty. I would like a more whipped cream filled donut instead of just jam and overly sweet icing, and custard (ofcourse). Good doughnuts, but the service is outrageously slow. There were only 3 people in front of me in the drive-thru line but it took... over an hour to get my doughnuts. Several people behind me ended up just leaving because it was taking so long. When I finallygot up to the window to order, none of the employees acknowledged me for at least 12 minutes, despite looking right at meseveral times. I get that they were helping someone inside, but they could have at least opened the window and told me theywould be with me soon. When someone finally did come the the window there was no "sorry about the wait" or anything. I would notrecommend coming here if you want timely service. Read more
Called this location to confirm pricing of items and availability before heading there to make a purchase and the attendant... instead of just quickly checking repeatedly said check the website. And when asked why can?t they just tell me over the phonethe attendant just hung up on me. Was once a fan of this business but I think I?ll just go back to Shipleys. I've always enjoyed Krispy Kreme but this visit was a little disappointing no biggie.. The coffee was not even close to being... fresh. The last time I had a donut from Krispy Kreme the donuts were fresh but not this time around. Person that attended mewas very friendly with maybe just a quick reminder to the team to make sure the coffee is always fresh and so are the donuts. Read more
I ordered an assorted 3 pk (2 glazed and 1 chocolate glazed). I arrived 20 minutes after they opened. 1st the drive-thru speaker... wasn't working, no problem, it had a sign that said to drive around. I get to the window and wait 5 minutes, no one ever came tothe window. So I pull around and just go in. There were 4 to 5 people behind the counter so why was no one watching the windowwhen you knew the speaker wasn't working?!? But on top of that, she puts my Chocolate donut in the same bag with my glazed.Normally they are laid in a 3pk box. But if you were going to stack them in a bag then, in my opinion the flavors should havebeen separate. Once down the road, I discover that all 3 donuts are ice cold! I'm used to the chocolate coming cold but you justopened, why are the glazed iced cold also?!?! I love Krispy Kreme but I also think we pay too much for poor service and colddonuts.
