We started calling this particular location around 5:00 Sunday afternoon/evening. We had a couple of questions about delivery... and one of the specials that was being offered. After following the voice prompts and waiting on perpetual hold, the system hungup on us We called back and about 10 minutes into the system reuprising us that they would be to the phone quickly We justdecided to drive up to the store. During our drive the system hung up on us again. We called back a third time and upon arrivingdiscovered that there was one person in the drive-thru line there were no pizzas in the portal system and there were four peopleworking at this location. We waited almost 10 minutes at the front counter before anybody came over to ask about our order or totake it. During that time the phone was still in their voice prompt system. And I quickly figured out that the system wasringing inside the store when the system wasn't speaking to you through the phone. When an associate arrived I asked them if thephone ringing over there was my phone call that was going on, with the speaker on, while he and I were standing at the counter.The associate indicated that yes it was most likely my call that was ringing. I asked why he wasn't answering the phone thensince we have been trying to call for nearly an hour... His answer was that they were busy and during busy times they just don'tanswer the phone. Against my husband's wise advice, I have stopped by this location at least 3 (possibly 4) different times on different days and... they have NO Hot and Ready pizzas. The workers are unapologetic and actually look a bit relieved to hear that we can't wait 30minutes for them to make one. Might as well go with the competition. Read more

The man working in the drive-thru was very polite. He warned us that it would be about a 10 minute wait. It wound up only taking... about 5 min. Got home.. food was still hot and tasted great! What a deal! Love it ???? Read more
My 2nd time stopping and hoping they had hot & ready pizza. And just like the 1st time I came, they told me I had to wait 15... mins because they didn't have anything. Isn't Little Ceasar known to have hot &ready pizzas, so why don't they have any in thislocation. I will NEVER STOP at this location AGAIN! Read more
I realize this is Little Caesars and not to expect the best pizza of my life but this location consistently messes orders up. ... Ordered a couple one topping pizzas with light sauce and both came drenched in it. However one is heavily undercooked and theother is over done. Franchise owners needs to be ashamed of himself. Would sell it to someone who cares and hires a competentmanager that keep his employees (kids) accountable. No quality control whatsoever. Read more
It's Little Cesar's Pizza, cheap but decent. On my visit there was a 15 minute wait to get my 2 pepperoni pizzas. It would... have been 10 minutes if the front counter had informed me that my pizzas were ready. The LC on 10705 Spring Green Blvd Katy, TX 77494 United States. Has the worst customer service. I order online and follow the... intructions for pickup to be told (everytime) that they can?t control the app. This is not the best pizza it's supposed to bequick and cheap. That's their tgbg right?? Ex: ordered 6:10. Emails says pickup bn 6:38-6:43. I show up at 6:41 and I?m toldit?ll be 20 minutes. I don?t think we are coming back here anymore.
