The absolute worst pizza place. Manager/Owner lack of customer service and retention skills! Jeremy should value all... customers!The other katy locations outside of the delivery zip code area Managers has received the westheimer Pkwys customers,due him and his staffs uncouth behavior. This location tends to be hit or miss. Lately it?s been more miss. Today I got a pizza with no sauce, just cheese and pepperoni... on top of dough? I didn?t order it this way. I gave them plenty of chances but now I?m pretty much done with this place. Read more
Ordered food at 9:19pm, got a call at 9:25 stating they were not running deliveries anymore as they were closing at 10? Delivery... says it runs until 10pm so I don?t understand why I was told this. Never had this issue until tonight. Just won?t call thisplace anymore. Read more
Horrible customer service experience. I ordered my pizza in store and asked for it to be well done. My pizza comes out NOT well... done and the staff member states she can?t cook the pizza well done because there no room to in the oven but didn?t have thewherewithal to think of this or inform me of this beforehand when I could have just went to another location. Lacklusterexperience to say the least. Had to bring my pizza home and put it in my own oven to cook it to my liking, disgusted to say theleast. ???? Read more
Love their Pizza and Service, Only thing that keeps bothering me is that the employees verbally asking me to write a tip when I... sign a credit card receipt copy (only at this location). The pizza and sides are great but I will probably not order again from the Westheimer location. In both my orders to date they... have forgotten the side and even after calling and being told that a credit will be given, nothing was credited. Read more
