Went to McDonald?s closest to my house on Veteran?s day for a free meal, turns out this location wasn?t doing this deal, even... the manager looked confused saying he?s never heard of it. Says a lot about the franchise owner of this one, went to theMcDonald?s on 529 and they were more respectful and actually was doing the Veteran?s day promotion. They take to long to take your order. Only 2 register plus 2 digital machine to take your order. When they took my order it was... wrong I went back and I told him the my order was wrong some of the young guy that it was on the drive through. he was withattitude I just want my meal to be right Nothing else.... I heard him saying in Spanish if he say something to me. Lo Mando aVolar... I do speak Spanish and understand what he was saying to another employees. The Owner of this location plus Managers.They need to be aware of this type of behavior with customers. I get very disappointed when you get treated like that. Someone was complaining in drive thru holding the line up for a very long time. And they had the nerves to try to still give me... my food that apparently been sitting there. Like yall knew dude took a long time everyone behind him food was a waste. Commonsense make fresh food dont nobody want no cold food. And when I complained tells me to pull up to the next window and yet againsitting here forever i will never come bk to this McDonalds. Read more
Absolutely horrible service! Ordered thru drive thru, paid and got my soda then was asked to wait in a lane on the side. After... waiting for 10 mins and seeing multiple cars driving out of the drive thru my husband went in to see what the hold up was. THEYDIDN'T EVEN HAVE THE ORDER! They rushed to get some sub-par breakfast sandwiches made and set us back a good 30 mins. Don't stophere if your looking for a quick bite! Read more
I wish I could give 0 stars. I ordered a sweet tea from here only to find a bug in the now empty cup that I drank out of. I am... beyond disgusted and this isn't the first time something has gone wrong at this location. Do better. Read more
If I could give ZERO stars I would?. I honestly don?t know where to start with this review. First off, I should have listened to... my gut and not stopped at this location because the last time I was here was about 3 years ago I had a terrible experience!!Tonight, the wait time was NOT ?fast food? I waited in the drive through tonight for 30-40 min. Ordered a 4 piece kids meal withextra fries and a chocolate milk and a Hot n Spicy mcChicken meal with cheese, large fry and medium Dr Pepper. When I FINALLYget the the window, the guy asks ?you ordered 13 cookies?? ? I repeated my order and he said ?oh let me redo your order becausethey had put a large Dr Pepper instead of medium.? As I?m waiting another 8min for him to correct my order in the computer, Iwatch the cooks continuously stack bagged meals on top of bagged meals, waiting for the window employee to get his life straight?. NO-ONE not even the shift manager offered to help the window employee and she did help him for a second with the computer. Iknew I should have checked my meals more thoroughly but it was very late and I still had another 20 minute drive home and mydaughter was tired. As I drive off, I realized I didn?t get the chocolate milk for my daughter, and she actually got a 6 piecenugget meal and not 4. My meal was a small fry, not a large, and the chicken sandwich was DRY, no mayo, no lettuce and nocheese. They can?t blame short staff because there were so many people working back there. I have worked fast food before and itis seriously not this complicated to mess up so badly and have such terrible wait times!! This will be the ABSOLUTE LAST TIME Iever come to this location.
