It's always inexpensive compared to other local restaurants in the area. Customer service has improved dramatically over time.
I?ve been here twice and both time the experience was horrible!! The workers are rude and on top of that they always give us... horrible food ..my fries tasted like it was over an hour old !! Drive thru, ordered two 6pc nuggets kids meal. I get home and they had given me one 6pc and one 4pc. And I payed for two 6pc..... This how mcdonalds keep on getting rich, by not giving people what they pay for, why can they tell you they are out of nuggetsor give some of my money back, since they don't have what you pay for.I know they don't care, as long the line keeps on movingfast, give people whatever. Gotten slower. There's no frappes at night. Currently they don't have icecream at all. Food used to be warmer, fresher, and the... cheese used to be melted better. I miss that. I didn't want to spend too much so I don't like being charged for larger sizeditems when I didn't ask for them. They did fix my order quickly. c: tyvm, I appreciate it. Read more
I always seem to get subpar bad service here! I ordered 3 happy meals a medium fry and double fish combo with Mac sauce only... they guy that took my order asked more than once Mac sauce only..I said yes add tomatoes and lettuce. I live about 7 min away.Soon as I pulled up I opened it bit it once and I see Mac sauce on top of tarter nothing else. So I look at the ticket on thebox to make sure it said add tomatoes and lettuce it only said add tomatoes. So I go back there right back tell them they madeit wrong. The heavy set Hispanic lady she had dark wavy hair tells the cook to add everything on it as is..i said wait a minuteyall have to make that fresh. She rolled her eyes and threw it in the trash with an attitude. She proceeds to tell the cook inSpanish to make it fresh then got mad because the lady was again putting tarter sauce on it and when I said something got anattitude again.i kept my cool in spite of this.then proceeded to talk to the cashier in Spanish (possibly about me) loudly!!It's ridiculous that you have to get bad service especially how much we pay for food nowadays. I wish I would've gotten her namebut I can definitely point her out. Maybe next time I'll get a picture everyone is not cut out to deal with people andshouldn't! I'll rather inconvenience myself and drive to another one than to deal with trashy service at the expense of my timeor money! Read more
