Our waiter, Avery, very professional, knowledgeable and went out of his way to serve us. We appreciate the pleasant experience.... Also, it was pleasure to meet such a pleasant and kind young man! Service was great and food overall was good but I was a little disappointed with the filet mignon.
First it was a slow night buy food was hot. Ordered the new meatloaf with the spicy sauce and it was AMAZING! They hit a home... run on this one. I normally do not eat at outback but this meal will have me frequent more often. Yes it has a kick but it isa nice warmth after effect eith smooth taste. Using actual.steak to make the meatloaf sets it apart from traditional places. Well done. Also staff was super nice and accomodating. 5 stars all around. Read more
Not usually a chain lover but always enjoy Outback! The quality and preparation of the food has really improved over the past... year! They were extra accommodating, seating my football fanatic husband in a excellent tv viewing area. They have a great barsetup for watching sports. The location is new and very clean. Dinner was great. My husband loves the bone in rib-eye. Bothof our steaks were cooked perfectly. The coconut shrimp were perfectly crispy and plump! The staff was very attentive and wentthe extra mile in providing service! Something you struggle to get these days. We will be back! Read more

Literally would give a minus 100 fir service if I could! Yes I still tipped because the cooks and cleanup staff deserve it but... the waitress and manager were horrid! Just me a grandma and 3 littles 6 years old 3 years old and 9 months all well behaved.Made our order waited for the food served and not once I mean not once did our waitress come hack to our table! Not one singletime and it was not busy!!!! It was 330 in afternoon. In fact I had to ask for bread from manager. When I finally asked for thebill at 74.00 I spoke my mind to the waitress to let her know that she did not check on us not a single time not ONCE! I wouldhave been better off picking up curbside. We were out Celebrating my granddaughters championship basketball game and instead weliterally got no service it's literally shocking to me and I never leave reviews like this. After that the manager to come overand ask what it happened and I told her no one not one single person checked on the table from the time the food was late on ourtable and she said well I came over and I said well you came over because I asked for a loaf of bread you didn't come over tocheck on us. Then she just stood there with a dumb look on her face like yeah that's not right I'm really sorry no offer of arefund no offer I have a coupon just that I'm sorry it was literally the worst experience I've ever had in a restaurant I can'thelp but think that was because My grandchildren are brown skinned I'm hoping that's not the case but I can't figure any otherreason why someone would see a lady sit down with three children and not service that table for any other reason they weren'tscreaming they were yelling they were well behaved we ordered $74 worth of food and I still tipped 25 am absolutely disgusted Read more
