The store needs to be retrained. Staff don't listen well. Have to repeat yourself several times. Not worth the headache.
Best Location i have ever been to. Very clean, excellent customer service, and great portions. The manager saw my plate and... added even more protien. Nowhere else have I seen such consideration for the customer. I would drive further just to come tothis location. 10/10 Read more

Arrived at 8:30pm, restaurant closes at 9pm. Most items were not available, the ones available were over cooked and poorly... presentable. Regardless, we purchased 3 bowls and 1 plate. When we got home, the plate was not in the bag and it was not chargedfor. I called the restaurant, an Asian man answered, I explain about the plate missing (my husband?s dinner), he asked if wewere charged, I check the receipt and said No, then he said ?so what?s the problem?? I got agitated and he passed the phone toGaby. I explained to her that the problem is not the money BUT THE MISSING DINNER!!!! she apologized and asked me to return tothe restaurant, PAY for the food, and PICK IT UP!!! I refused to do so because by the time I picked up the plate and brought ithome for my husband to eat, it would have been sitting there for almost 45 minutes!!! They could have easily offered to make afresh batch for me to pick up, which I would have. But instead, they simply said ?come pay for it and pick it up!!!? The Asianman (?Mohammad?) and Gaby, the assistant manager, need better conflict resolution training as both incompetently handled theentire situation. I will not return to Panda Express Read more

GOOD FOOD . DECENT SERVICE. But the BATHROOMS .. The PAPER TOWEL dispenser was BROKEN. The LATCH on the STALL DOOR was BROKEN.... And the URINAL was the LOWEST one i have ever seen . Made for LEPERCHAUNS?? Read more
