Ryan who was in charge was very disrespectful. Asked why i had to wait 20 minutes for Super Greens and he said they only had 1... cook and did we still want to order. I went through the drive thru David took my order upon arrival at the window I decided I wanted an extra side which I ordered... before paying well David wasn?t so happy about me paying for an extra side and stood there & just rolled his eyes at instead ofresponding yes or sure. Whatever David had going on that day is his business & does not need to take it out on a payingcustomer!! I am paying for my food and should be able to place an order w/o receiving any attitude!! Today I was very dissapointed, usually the service is great but not today! Blanca I think was in a bad mold, she wasn't... listening to what I wanted, and just wanted me to give her my order, even do I wanted 4 different plates and she had 3 ready andwanted to just move to the next section. I tried to complaint to the manage but I didn't feel like he cared his name is Jay, notusually the service we get. Is this store only capable of taking one order at a time? The wait is ridiculous and the lady of me was sitting there waiting to... place an order. On top of that, seems like they?re always out of the teriyaki/ mandarin sauce! They need new management! Read more
The workers are nice and friendly and let me try some of the veggie options. Since I?m vegetarian, the things I can take is... limited and got to take noodles, broccoli stir, fried rice and egg rolls. The noodle tastes a bit saltless and the fried ricewas very salty... if they adjust the saltiness in those, I think they will be improved a bit. Thanks and cheers PS: it was toosalty for me cuz I was thirsty for 2 hrs... they should really reduce the salt in fried rice... I think they made a mistake onthe measurement for that ???? because of that I?ll reduce the star to 2 from 3... and my recommendation is for you to trybefore you purchase any of it...
