Upon arrival me and companion were yelled at to go sit in the ?kid? section and were told that a part of Panera was reserved... just for ?customers? we did not even get a chance to tell the employees that we were trying to buy something. I believe it rudeto assume a person is there to wreck havoc and although I understand that with the start of school many kids being traffic andchaos to the store the tune and the way the responded to us walking in could have been a lot better. i?d rate it 0 stars but reviews dont allow it. First of all, all of the workers are just rude. We came in 25 minutes before it... closed hoping to just get some food to go because all the other places are closed, we waited at the cashier waiting for anyworker to help us, they just kept walking past us and ignoring us. We ended up leaving because it was so unbelievable. If itsclosed, TELL US!! I even heard the manager talk bad about a group of kids sitting at the table eating. Which, Ive previously hada bad encounter with the manager when i came in with some of my friends, I am aware it is a quiet restaurant for people tostudy, but we were not even loud, and it wasnt even busy in there. 9 girls chatting of course youre going to hear something. Hekept telling us we needed to shut up and giving us dirty looks. its a public place, wish i never gave them my money. And it isJUST the la cen terra location. I?ve gone to the panera bread near my work with my dad and the people there are very polite andon it. GOD I HATE THIS PLACE!!! and its staff REALLY needs some evaluating. Read more

I come to this Panera regularly and the service is usually good with only two or three employees, but today was awful. There... were like 6 or 7 employees and it took forever to get my order, just to get two bagels. The register girl was lost and the onewho was supposed to give me my order was making jokes and completely indifferent to my request. Hopefully, they get a bettermanager in this store. Read more
Order number 709672042. Order was suppose to be done at 8:11. The order was completed at 8:08. I got to the area ar 8:12. I have... never been to this store before. It is now 8:32 I spent 20 minutes driving around trying to find the store all because you guysdon?t have your sign on. Now I have $27 worth of cold food. First and last time I?ll be coming here. Unfortunately, this store had trended in the wrong direction. I was unable to use the Rapid Pick Up function a few days back... and had to go into the store to order. The place was filthy. Spilled soup had not been cleaned up, a broken table was turnedupside down and just sat there, the carpets and veneers were filthy, and the ceiling around the air vents was covered in dust. Overall, I was concerned about the cleanliness of the kitchen if the areas in view of the customers were so filthy. I can?t seemy family or I returning anytime soon unless there is a major overhaul. The food is fine and if you like Panera Bread it will suffice. The folks working there aren't exactly friendly but maybe they... just didn't have their coffee yet? Other than that, it's a clean establishment and food is fine. Read more
