If I could give zero stars I would, for the absolute rudest service ever! We have been going to this location for years but... tonight we had the worst customer service. We drove up to the drive through window, the girl working saw us and completelyignored us. We could see her walking around talking to other workers and then she helped a customer who just walked in, all thetime we were in the drive through waiting. After 10 minutes my husband got out of the car and walked in so we could pick up ourorder. Unbelievably rude! That kind of person has no business working in customer service! Read more
Ordered carryout last night from here app said 37 to 47 minutes was more like hour and half. Get there to pick up and place was... unorganized and crazy. By time I got pizza cold and looked awful. Maria's pizza a block away is so much better. Read more
Ordered and was charged for a 2 Liter of Pepsi. When I arrived the manager claimed they were out of Pepsi but refused to refund... the purchase saying she couldn't split the refund because I had also bought a pizza and supposedly their system doesn't let themvoid one of two things on the ticket. I ordered a pepperoni pizza through Ubereats but received a hamburger instead. I called this location and they told that it?s my... problem and I need to take it up with Ubereats. Ordered online order last night for pickup, when we got home and dug in, the bottom of the pizza was charred and it was... unedible. We called customer service and no one picked up. I worked all day today and just got off and was able to contact thestore manager. Papa Johns yal need to do better in training these managers.
