This location had a new manager who doesn't seem to care about customer service. We placed an order online. When I walked into... the shop he said I'll be with you in 20 minutes. Then he went ahead and told me that an order of 50 pizzas was ahead of mine.The person that ordered the 50 pizzas was not at the store yet. He told me he could not make our pizza until he was done withthe other order. I used to be a manager at the Bissonnet location so I know it takes 12 minutes from make line to box. Itwouldn't have interrupted the large order at all if he would have put our order of one cheese pizza in the oven and asked us towait a few minutes for it to cook. I will NEVER order from this AWFUL place EVER again! First, they messed up my order, which they didn't fix when I called them,... then they wouldn't honor the Advertisement that they had at that time because the "Manager" said that they haven't had the timeto remove the Advertisement from the website! So, I told him that was FALSE Advertisement, and he didnt seem to be concernedabout it at all and woudn't give me the sale they had going on. Very BAD ATTITUDES from the Manager and Cashier! Pizza is great as usual, however I will not be returning. They gave me a pick up time and when I arrived they claimed to have my... order ready. I paid prior to arrival so had no choice but to follow thru. They handed my my items minus the wings I ordered.When I brought this to there attention (eve crew) they asked me to wait while they prepared them. In my experience, whensomething like this happens you should be compensated for the forgotten item. They didn't offer, and I didn't ask(not my style).They weren't even apologetic. I ordered my pizza over 75 minutes and called them. Said my pizza was ready but had no drivers available and could not give me... an approx time, so my pizza is sitting there getting old and cold and I have nothing to show for it after spending $30+. I willnever order from this place again. This is terrible customer service. Read more
Apparently this is ?original? crust... NO, this is THIN crust and that?s not what I paid for. I ordered original. The pizza is... also slightly over cooked with the crust being very rubbery. Normally I do not have any issues but had I picked this up in storeI would have immediately had this remade. Read more
Last two orders were not made to order. The Killian's BBQ should have sauce on top. Toppings incorrect
I love me some Shaq! And the pizza is great but nothing else is. Avoid all side orders they are just terrible.
If I could give 0 stars I would. I should?ve listened to the reviews. My order came in a timely manner but what I received was... not my order. The drink & pizza were both wrong. Called them, after being on hold for 15 mins they finally answered and sent outmy new order?an hour later. Got the right pizza this time but no drink came with my order, to replace the wrong drink. I?llnever order from this disaster of a restaurant again. Poor customer service when they finally decided to take my call. Read more
