This pho restaurant is in our top 2 or 3 pho restaurants in the Katy, TX area. As the name suggests, this could be the best pho... in town! ???? The large bowl combination beef pho (dac biet) broth was delicious, and the portion was very generous. The sideveggie garnish was also of a sizable amount. We also had the grilled pork spring rolls, which have a lovely grilled smokeflavor, and the accompanying dipping sauce was just the right consistency and not watery. First time trying Pho Best today and it was outstanding. Some of the best Pho I have had and eat it at least once a week in... kATY. Broth is full of flavor, meat is sliced perfectly and the noodles are legit. Egg rolls were also delicious. They have avery balance fish sauce. Give them a try you won\'t be sorry. Read more

The good?Establishment was nice and clean. I liked the bench seating and wood detail around the seating area. Service was prompt... and attentive. Presentation of food looked very promising. The bad?the pho was not good, disappointing to say the least. Oversalted and left an unpleasant taste and feeling in your mouth that you want to get out by eating or drinking something elseright after.
