Beware of this location. Wish I could give it a zero. Ordered a pizza order at 9pm with a 30 minute delivery time given. Started... calling at 10. Called 12 or more times til closing. No one answered but once and I was out on hold until I hung up. Neverreceived our order. Read more
I feel bad for this location. As long as I've lived in this area this has been the location that delivers or I'll go pick up... because it's so close but ever since covid they have had a hard time keeping employees including delivery drivers. This lastorder Takes the Cake. So apparently since they don't have delivery drivers they work with doordash and the driver for doordashwill take anywhere from three to five orders out at one time which is fine during this time where most restaurants areshort-staffed up the delivery driver drove right past me and when 10 miles out of the way. Finally after 45 minutes I called andthe manager did agree to remake my order for us to pick up. Once we got there the pizza was ready but they didn't do the wingsand we were going to have to wait 10 more minutes and on top of that they wouldn't refund me the nearly $5 delivery fee that wascharged to my credit card. Really disappointed?again. They can?t seem to read the orders that are placed. This is the second time the pasta order is wrong.... It just feels futile to go and correct it; waiting 25 mins to get the right order after waiting 45. And take a look at the picsof our pizza to boot?sad is all I can say. Read more
I Ordered 2 pizza for delivery one Medium Cheese pizza totally Burned, the other one Large stuffed topped with Veggies, Came to... me with pepperoni and we are allergic from pepperoni!!!!!!! The absolute worst service! We ordered online received our food and found hair in our food. I have literally made multiple phone... calls, attempting to contact the store. It rings and I?m hung up on each time or I?m hold to hold and they never return. I haveattempted to call the customer service department and they tell me they have no control over what the store does and then I mustspeak with someone in the store in order to have my problem resolve . So now we have about $55 and pizza and nobody?s gonna eatbecause it was here in our food. Read more
