Unfortunately I cannot give this place more than two stars. We were really excited to try this place based on some... recommendations from friends of ours. However, it fell well below our expectations. I realize the time and effort that someoneput in designing and making this place. It looks really impressive from inside that mall. However, when we got in, we found ittoo be way too noisy (especially if you get seated close to the waterfall) and destructive for our yong kids. All the animalmoving and roaring actually scared them. The food was actually pretty bad, especially given the sky high prices. The service wasmediocre to say the least. :( Read more
Rainforest Cafe ??????????? Overall a complete disappointment. Decor wise, it’s a novelty for kids who thought it looked cool... with the whole forest theme. It was our first visit. Drinks are great! Apart from that, it’s overpriced, we got poor serviceand food wise, was quite a let down. We were 4 of us, got our table at 7pm and were seated in a section where no one else wassitting. Everyone else who was walking into the restaurant were being taken to the other side, under the starry sky ceiling. Wekept sitting for 15 mins and no server showed up. That’s because neither one realized we had been seated there as it wasempty, and with all that plastic foliage around you and dim lights, it was difficult to see us from the bar area as all theservers were standing there and chit chatting. I walked to the bar and asked for help. That’s when Brittany realized we’dbeen seated there. She came, took our drinks order, 1 platter appetizer and since kids were hungry we ordered their foodfirst. 15 more minutes passed. No drinks. No appetizer. I again walked up to the bar where I could see Brittany talking toother servers. She saw me and said she was just about to bring the drinks. I went back to my seat. Brittany went back to beingat the bar and began making drinks that were being carried out by other servers. I then requested another server who happenedto walk by, if I could speak to the Manager. Manager arrived promptly. That’s for sure. I told her everything and she said“Brittany is also at the bar today and I will go check the rest.” In all this, on the other side of the restaurant it wasbuzzing with activity. Servers were prompt and singing for birthday tables multiple times. When the Manager went to the bar,she brought the drinks to us. Herself. The appetizer showed up too. Cold. Took my kids here for the first time. Service is lacking BIG TIME. We sat at our table for roughly 15 minutes before anyone came... to take our drink order. The place wasn't overly busy and the food took a long time to come out. Everything is super expensivebut I guess you're paying for the experience and a sit down restaurant inside the mall. All of this said, myself and my kidsenjoyed the food and will likely return but I'm hoping to have better service next time. Read more
Kick off dinner for my husband's 50th birthday weekend! Absolutely enjoyed the food was exceptional and our Server Gabriel was... indeed Amazing. I only wish that the complimentary birthday dessert would be the same for everyone. My fiancee and I ate here for his birthday dinner on Friday. We made a reservation earlier that day and was seated very quickly... when we got there. The place was a bit empty where we were which was good. The hostess at front and our waitress was really niceand was always checking on us. We really liked the ambience of the whole place, it was unique. While we were eating the animalanimatronics came "alive" and surprised me lol (we weren't expecting that lol we were by the gorillas) The food was okay, wefeel it could have been a bit better. We had an excellent time. We enjoyed the rainforest themed animals and sounds. The food was great. My salad had a little bit too... much dressing but it was good. Great drinks too. The only issue we had was the wait to be seated took an over an hour. Next timewe will definitely make reservations. Read more
This location was a great experience to look around and enjoy your food. The service was nice and attentive and we didn't have... any issues. The burgers were delicious and the fries were crispy and nice size. We do plan on visiting here again in the futuresince it is a far drive. Read more
Larisa the manager was so awesome and did an amazing job attending us! We sat at the bar and she gave us amazing service! The... awesome appetizer platter was very tasty!
