This location is lacking in its customer service and needs lessons in counting .. they charged for to many items and then... couldn't return what was charged. Pay attention to your reciepts or you may be charged for to many items and they will justprofit more . Read more

I went here at 6am and they gave me stale glazed donuts from the previous day. I got home and my kids who are toddlers could... identify that the donuts were not fresh. I had to drive back and the owner/manager told me I have to ask for fresh donuts nexttime. Why should I be ASKING for fresh donuts at 6am? They gave no apologies. They just lost a customer. Read more

What an enjoyable experience I had today at this Shipleys? location. I was attended by Carmen. She was very nice and great... customer service. I ordered a sausage jalapeño cheese kolache and a hot chocolate. It wasn?t until after I paid for my twoitems I noticed they had a pumpkin flavor donut for a limited time. She offered one to me as a complimentary gift and if I likedit, I could order it next time I come. That was sooo nice of her to do! It was actually really good and very moist. I willdefinitely be back before this yummy seasonal flavor is gone. And I?ll be back mainly because Carmen was great with customerservice and also, the place is clean and kept up. Read more
