Just went through the drive through window and can see one of the workers touching ALL the donuts with her bare hands no gloves... or anything? I asked the drive through person and he just smiled and laughed and said she has clean hands. What??? Read more
This location needs better practices when handling the pastieries. I went through the drive thru with my daughter on Sunday,... October 2nd at 7 am. Through the window, I can see a worker transferring donuts from one sheet to another with her bare hands.Unlike the last time I witnessed this at this location, I did not commence to have a meltdown. I calmy asked the worker if it ispossible for the worker to put on gloves. He then shuts the window on me. I then call the establishment. No one answered thephone. I will call again. There are too many better Shipley's in the greater Houston area for me to continue to patronized thislocation. Do better Shipley's. Read more
They sold my son some hard kolaches, we bought them in the evening not knowing they stopped making them fresh at 12z Jessica the... manager was completely unhelpful and rude. Not willing to replace or refund. This is the 3rd time they mess up order. Read more
Honestly I barely want to eat a donut but when I do it?s never great? first time I got a donut I wanted it warmed and they said... they can?t since they don?t have a microwave. Okay? it?s a donut place where I?d except a warm donut. Then I said at 9:25 pmwhen clearly the sign says ?open? from both sides of the shop and I know the store closes at 10 pm. The lady was rude. Shedidn?t answer on the speaker . I went to the window and she?s minding her business then was trying to tell me she?s closed . Shedidn?t open the window at all . And I was like ma?am your open signs are still on so? and she continued to mind her business andignore me. This is where I suddenly bought a donut. The staff was friendly. Boston cream donuts were too delicious to my taste.
I just recently moved out of Houston and found this location the closer to my new place. The drive thru is fast, this is my 2nd... time visiting here. The staff is friendly and courteous but my only complaint is that other locations pack your chocolate iceddonuts facing up, this place packs them standing up in a row and when you try to get them out, the icing is left on the otherdonut. That's annoying and makes the eating messy. I don't know why they do this but, I'll make sure next time, I tell them topack them face up. Read more
Even most of the time it is crowded, they have a fast and friendly service. They have delicious donuts. My kids favorites are... the red and the white frosted donuts. Kolaches are pretty good; my favorite is the sausage and cheese Kolaches. Read more
