I visited this restaurant on a Monday when they have their special. Buy one gyro get one free. I placed an order to go. I had... the traditional beef and lamb gyro and I also tried the sausage gyro. The traditional was really good and the sausage was okay.I should have ordered the chicken gyro. They were out of traditional fries so I ordred the sweet potatoe fries. They were hot,fresh and tasty. Loved this place!! Found it on “accident,” as I went to the place next door and found it was closed on Mondays!! Ordered the... Chicken Gyro plate at Simply Greek and some zucchini sticks. Huge portions. And absolutely delicious!! The staff was also veryfriendly and accommodating, as I have food allergies. Highly recommend! I’ll be back!! Read more
This place is amazing. Not only is the food delicious but the staff is also very friendly. I got the gyro and I can easily say... it’s the best gyro I’ve had in Houston! Nice Greek restaurant in our neighborhood! Pitas are great. I ordered the falafel and they had great taste, a little bit too... hard for what I am used to eat before from other places. Generally speaking a good option just nearby. The place is clean andis very colorful inside. Read more
Looking at the Google reviews, I was skeptical but wanted to try as I am looking for a good gyro place close to home. Reading... some of the negative reviews, I was paying close attention to certain details. In terms of customer service, the guy working thecounter was extremely nice and helpful. I ordered a gyro pita with Greek fries and my wife ordered a chicken bacon ranch pitawith Greek fries. It took 12 minutes after payment to receive our food which is not bad at all. The gyro was very good and thefries were great. They also gave us a free dessert for dining in, I'm not sure exactly what it was but it was delicious. We willdefinitely be back. Either they have taken note of some of the reviews and made improvements or other reviewers caught them ona bad day. Read more
Ordered 2 pita gyros (1 without onions,$11.50 ea.), a gyro platter ($15.50), and a side falafel ($7). The pita gyros were good,... they forgot to make one with Greek fries (feta & oregano), instead of regular fries. The gyro platter meat was good, seemedweird it didn't come with tzatziki sauce, & the salad seemed like it was missing dressing, or it was very light. The falafelswere dense and hard. Gyros are good though. There's a huge array of other items. Burgers, hot dogs, pizza, & a kid's menu.Ordered at the counter and waited only about 10 minutes for it. Read more
