I came 3 times in the last month and it?s been cash only; I asked the person at the counter and she simply ignored me and turned... around to chit chat with her coworkers. I had to try and get her attention 2 or 3 more times before she turned around to answermy question and she was very vague and unresponsive. The workers were very uninterested so they left me no choice but to leavedue to the low attention and help I was getting. Read more
It was my first time at this location, and I will not be returning. The smoothie did not taste at all the way it should. I... called to let an employee know and was told to go back for another. I drove all the way back to get it made again a second timeto taste just as bad. The manager offered to make it for me a third time which is ridiculous. I asked for amy money back at thatpoint. I wouldn?t recommend this location. Go to a different location even if you have to drive a little bit further. Read more
unfortunately, SK didn't want to answer the phone 20 mins before they closed but same Katy Mills. maybe the stores are better... but the only good thing about this kiosk SK, was how nice the guy taking my order. I even tipped a couple bucks because of hownice he was when I asked him about what is being put in my drink. I told him we are sensitive to dairy but told me "not toworry, it's just powder, not dairy ." Got the Daily Warrior, while I waited I noticed they were not being very clean. Theywould touch money , cell phones, counters, utenchsils, blenders, and didn't see anyone clean their hands or anything. theblenders themselves were not even being rinsed out. think I saw one get dipped in standing water but I thought I was overthinking things so i didn't say anything. They called out "who got the Daily Warrior?" I stepped up and was handed the drink. Mywife and I both drank it, as we did not have anything to eat that day, so figured we would have a meal replacement and eatdinner later. well she had most of it and I had some of it too but by the time we are on the road she complains about a stomachand headache and I'm feeling my lower stomach hurt. when we got home she threw up 5 times. it's was the same color as thesmoothie. I had instant diarrhea. but my wife got the worst of it. I don't know why some food places don't pay attention tobeing clean while you prepare the food/drink, especially if the customers can see you during the whole process. It was 10/31/2018 at 10:24 am is when I arrived at the smoothie king at the Katy Mills Mall. When I had arrived, I noticed the... lights were on but the register wasn?t open. There were two ladies that were putting up stock. I politely asked if they wereopen. One of the ladies responded said that they were going to be open in 10 minutes. Mind you, I arrived at 10:24am, they weresupposed to be open 24 minutes ago, but for some reason they weren?t. Fortunately, I wasn?t in a rush. So, I didn?t mind waitingthe extra 10 minutes. I walked around the food court of the mall and then visit the small Aldo shop there. When I entered theAldo shop. The two ladies that were supposed to be opening up the shop. They were, instead, shopping in the store. So, the extra10 minutes that were supposed to be opening up the shop, was instead, for them to buy something at a store? Very disappointing,I love getting my smoothies from Smoothie King. Don?t know if I?ll continue getting my smoothies there, if the two sameemployers are working there. Read more
The customer service is absolutely terrible. We tried to order at one register a woman was leaning over her phone at, and had to... say hello twice just to get her attention. When she finally pulled her attention away from whatever video she was watching, sherudely demanded us to ?go to the next cashier?. Amazing smoothies, terrible customer service. Read more
Great in mall smoothing king location. Love the vegan options. Vegan mango kale is fantastic.
Worst costumer services, there is no higiene of any type, all the employees are rude and careless, my cup wasn?t even fill to... 3/4 of the way, and was a juice not a smoothie. No other than a mediocre management. Will definitely stay away from thislocation. Read more
