This place is a disaster. They apparently don?t start your order until you pull up to the window and pay cause so many people... bail out and drive off. On Friday night 9/9/22, the car three ahead of me was at the window for 8 minutes, the next car was atthe window for 5 minutes before I bailed out. They are the only burger fast food nearby for another few weeks or so and thenit?s over - it?ll be shuttered for sure. Read more
Waited 15 minutes for one drink only for it to come out and be wrong. Asked for money back and left. Wasn?t about to wait... another 20 minutes for a drink. I definitely Won?t be back to this location. Should have just went to smoothie king like Iwanted in the first place. Read more
Looking forward for the Whataburger next door to open. Service gets slower every time I go here. Waited 20 minutes in the stall... for my order and ended up going through the drive thru just to wait longer. I even saw an upset customer go inside. The younglady at the window was nice and apologized for the wait, but I could see there was no sense of urgency among those workinginside. Food is usually good. Read more

Slowest service west of the Mississippi!!! Don?t come here if you?re thinking about getting ?fast? food, the only thing they?re... constant at is being constantly slow!!! As I look at the reviews, people are saying the same thing and yes it sucks because it?sthe only sonic around here. Might as well went to whataburger if I?m going to wait this long smh. And before y?all respond witha feedback survey response, I?d rather y?all just fix the issue instead. I usually don?t do this, but I am tired of getting my order made wrong. Tell the employees that the Oreo master shake needs... chocolate syrup. Every time the shake is simply vanilla ice cream with pieces of Oreo. This place quality is out the window! Read more
Inconsistent preparation for the Lemon Slush. It should be made with a real lemon and taste like a lemonade. We have tried... three times recently and we receive this sugary neon lemonade tasting slime. We even order it explicitly ?a lemon fruit slushwith real fruit? which is on the menu! Read more
