Their screens don't work, so if you pay with a credit card (who doesn't?), they have to bring your food, take your card back in... to charge it, then bring it back out. And because the screens don't work, you can't make sure your order is right, which itusually isn't. And I don't even have a complicated order. The building is also filthy and needs repair. If it's that bad on theexterior, the interior can't be much better. Read more

Restaurant doesnt answer phone but when mistakes app says call restaurant. Location says contact app (is no way to do so) feels... like a scam. They sell ice creams and other drinks which the location doesnt have and the consumer is left holding the bag Read more

Employees here do not want to work and treat customers as a huge burden to their day which appears to consist of mainly standing... around and slacking off. Sometimes they'll outright forget your drink too, then act like you're the problem. I hope this Soniclocation does the town of Katy a favor and goes out of business. It won't be missed. Read more

Avoid this place like the plague. Worst attitude from young girl who acted like she could care less if you came back to their... location after complaining to her about the food I was served that looked like it was stomped on. Great customer service! Y?all deserve 5 stars. Stopped by for popcorn chicken and pickle fries on Wednesday night (June 7th).... Not only the foods WERE AMAZING but also the worker was ABSOLUTELY NICE and KIND. I don?t know his name and he was probablyworking alone. If you read this, thank you so much for your kindness. At first, I didn?t expect much from customer service atfastfood but I had such a great experience after getting his service. He has such a positive vibe and treating customersperfectly. I would have loved to say this location is good. The truth is, all but 1 stall has a broken screen. This has been the case for... months now. I come to this location at least twice per month. I like to sit at a stall and eat. However with most of the stallsbroken, I can't do that. The food is great and the drinks are awesome. I haven't gotten bad service here, yet. Ive made numerouscomplaints to the corporate office about the stalls, but they don't seem to care. Read more

Cherry limeades are usually good as long as you don't order bigger than a medium. I got a Reese's blast and I'm not sure if you... can tell by the photo, but it was less than a small size amount in there, spun so that all of it was on the sides of the cup andjust covering the top. Read more
