The sonic on Fry Rd is horrible. My God with 2 cars in the drive thru 1 in the parking lot it's no reason to make a mistake on... every order or to take 10 plus minutes to even order then have to wait foe your order to come back Incorrect. Buffalo pop cornchicken medium size looks snack size like what are we really paying for? I know the drive thru time here is ridiculously highfor absolutely no reason. They have the business but never enough staff or their just standing around as if the orders are goingto make themselves. This is consistently the WORST Sonic around. Every time I viau this location something is amiss. Today, I ordered a Cherry... Burst and there is so little Cherry flavor added that the drink is practically clear and just tastes like Sprite. I got the samedrink recently from the BW8/Clay location and it was RED and tasted very cherry. The Coke at this location is always off. Notenough syrup in the mix. The only reason to go to Sonic is the drinks. The food is always meh. This location can't get drinksright. Read more
Ordering was fast via app got to stall checked in food brought within 5 to 8 min...issue was we got home and was missing one of... kids orders. So had to come back to get that which is frustrating, they made food quickly greatly appreciated. Very bad. Burger buns are cold, not even toasted. Tomatoes are green, lettuce witted, and the meat without flavor. Last time I... was there (maybe a year) it was bad, so we went maybe it was just that one time the food wasn't good. NOPE, it was pretty badthis time too. Smh. I used to love it. The service at this location has never been that great, but the food was decent and generally consistent... until today. I... ordered a chili cheese footlong and some chili cheese tots. The chili on the tots was burnt and crispy rocks. The footlong wasobviously old and partially burnt. It was so old that the whole thing was wrinkled and the outer layer was separating from themiddle. There's no way they didn't notice. I'm guessing they figure if it's covered in chili and cheese I wouldn'tnotice. Surprisingly enough the service was actually fast today and my carhop seemed nice so I have her a tip. Which of courseI totally regret. Online feedback is useless. Phone call complaint they tried offering me a coupon voucher for less than I hadpaid. Waiting for a "higher up" to contact me back to make up for this meal I can't eat and appetite loss. Read more
