Every time go to this Starbucks on this location the drink taste like water from the faucet literally the drinks taste like... black water from the sewer. Give them 2 chances and confirm it with my co-workers because i bought 2 drinks just to see if itwas me. I hope yall fixx this issue . We deserve better for our money. Read more

Terrible customer service. I just stood at the counter for nearly 10 minutes waiting on a dark roast. Very basic. No one... bothered to tell me that they were out of dark roast or deciding not to sell it after 10pm. The entire crew today from noon to130pm, Saturday November 5th, was completely unprofessional and unmotivated to give quality customer service. I literally had toask several times across the counter and no one turned around except for one guy. I felt like I was in an establishment that isallowed to be ran by "special" people, they were looking like they were crazy and not saying anything. What an odd experience. Iwon't be back to that location. Similar experience when I went a month ago. I even tipped 5 dollars in the app but was happythat it allowed me to retract it. Goodness, get it together. Read more

I'm writing this message at 12:31 noon bc I'm just now getting my coffee after ordering online before 12noon which was my pick... up time and order was not ready there's like 3 to 4 workers but everyone's focuses on drive thru as if mobile orders aren'talready paid for. I don't think it's right that we're waiting 30mins for an order that's ordered ahead and paid for. What's thepurpose of having the app with the function if we're waiting 3 times the time and have already paid. Either hire new workers orretrain 2 on drive thru one for mobile and one for inside orders. I think that would make the most sense and it would preventeveryone else from waiting until all 4 people can get drive thru out of the way. Read more

first she tried to hand me the wrong drink then she handed me this. This is supposed to be their Pink Drink. Its only water and... sweetner. No coconut milk or strawberries. The milk looks like is old because it has seperated completely. Bad customer service. Read more

Its 10:40 am and there's 5 employees. When I walk in there was only 3 customers. I got in front of the register and two employes... were there one was just standing around and the other working in the warming area. It took them almost 5 minutes to help me Itseema they don't want to work. They only have one batista doing all the drinks. No one is helping her. I ordered a cold brew 7minutes ago and I haven't received my order. Yes they are busy but I can see they don't help each other. 2ND time coming hereand getting a bad experience. Last time they got my order wrong. Customer service can be improved ???? Read more

Yesterday evening my girlfriend and I wanted to grab some coffee. We decided on this Starbucks location. Upon entering the store... we noticed that it wasn?t super busy. There were five customers in the store- including my girlfriend and I. The rest wereseated with their drinks. There were two employees behind the counter. After entering the store we walked straight to thecounter to order. After waiting about 3-4 minutes without being greeted, my girlfriend greeted the Starbucks employee thatwalked by to grab stickers. He replied with a sharp hello, as if he was annoyed that we were there. (Neither employee greeted uswhen we walked in. The only reason why we got the hello is because she said something. If not for that nothing would have beensaid.) After waiting about two more minutes without having our order taken, we made the decision to leave and grab coffee fromsomewhere else. I will note that this is the second time that we?ve had a bad experience at this location. Read more

They always mess up my drink I usually get a grande iced coffee with classic syrup and cream. They used to have good staff that... knew what they were going a few months ago. I dont know what has happened to this location. If yall want good coffee go to thecoffee drip company off of FM529 by the cypress park highschool. They never ever mess up a drink. Read more
