This is the worst Starbucks. They literally are always out of everything and their drive through line takes FOREVER! One time I... went and, no joke, they told me they could only make brewed coffee. I keep giving them a chance because their on my way to workbut do not go here if you have another choice. The katy mills location is way better. They don't have pumpkin spice right noweither. Barista?s making the iced caramel macchiato spot on. Bacon Gouda sandwich was super hot. Well done. Dinged a star because the... drive thru was super slow. Spent almost 15min just for 6 cars to the squawk box. Ladies taking the orders were super friendlytho! Best part about this location? easy-off/easy-on to/from 99 from either direction. Read more

Today June 8, my trucks battery died in the drive through line. A wonderful girl came and helped me & was not able to. I burned... her cables and feel horrible but the fact that she went above and beyond to help me I was super grateful ! & the managers andthe other team members that helped me were amazing and told me everything was okay. I greatly appreciate how much they helped mewith this situation and how patient they were considering no one was able to order drive through.. outstanding patience &customer service. I don't except culinary's finest from Starbucks but can you take a few extra seconds when putting a sandwich together? Pulled my... sandwich out of the bag and the bacon clumped together on one side and bread piled on the other. Smh someone literally justslapped it together. Read more
The employees force a tip on you . It?s one thing to give a tip for good service but it?s another to outright tell you to give... one. Not only that but they have added their own tips to my card multiple times without my permission. I don?t want an extra 3dollars added to my 5 dollar drink without even asking me . The customer service here isn?t even good the lines are long andthey always have people coming back to fix the order. Read more
