I know today was red cup day (11/17/22), and I did wait for an hour for my mobile order this morning. *Granted that was the risk... took the morning of Red Cup day, I want to give kuddos to the two girls working order pick-up and the entire staff stayingpolite and positive for such a hectic morning. I have been to so many starbucks locations not only Houston but around US and other countries, this one is the best customer... service for sure, whole team. Specifically the man who is skinny, tall, sometime he takes orders, today ( the first day of FreeChristmas Cup ) he was packing and giving drink to customer, he is the professional. I ordered online and picked up my correct order from a smiling barista at the drive through window. On a side note, the person... in the vehicle in front of me was yelling and screaming at the barista at the window about their order being wrong. It looked asthough the barista and manager were trying to accommodate the person, but seemed like nothing was calming them down. I want tocommend the two employees who handled the very rude customer in the most professional manner they could. Read more
This location has terrible customer service and does not care about customer satisfaction. My order was made iced instead of hot... TWICE and once I got my ?hot? drink, its wasn?t the slightest bit warm. It was cold. I waited to speak to a barista, but no onewanted to fix my drink or offer it to be warmed.
