DONT DO IT! The toaster was broken... no big deal, it happens. But my meatballs on my sub were cooler than the outside... temperature. I took 2 bites and was done. My husband and moms veggies were warm and wilted. I'm guessing the steam table isbroken and no one is bothering to put ice under the veggies that should be kept cold. Its rare that I have given a bad review,but this is an actual health Hazzard. We didn't ask for a refund or go back in because we were delivering live cargo and had aschedule to keep. None of us finished our food because my mother works in the medical field and I have a degree in medicalLaboratory science... and it only took 2 bites to realize we were risking getting sick. If you know how to reach the localhealth inspector for this area... I would STRONGLY encourage it. Read more
Hardly put anything on the sandwiches I don't even come here for myself , they do however slather on about 40z of mayo or... condiments even if you say just one line of this..... You say pickles it's 2-3. .. This is the same senario at all 3 Katysubways sandwiches not worth 5$. Let alone 8.50 and up. If you go stick with a meatball sub and provolone with spinach. Read more
Did an online order: wrong chips, inside sandwich was jumbled up and not organized and found hair melted into cheese so... basically had to pick off the melted cheese to get the hair out. Never coming to this location ever again. Read more
Hello to anyone reading this review. I'm writing this review to tell you to ignore the negative comments you see. All those... comments were from awhile ago. Now I'm not sure what happened 6-8 months ago but I can tell you about right now. We have goodmanagement. We clean every night (as it should be). The food is awesome. We serve you quick and don't leave you waiting for aLONG time. This is the best job I've had die to better management, better service, better food AND the employees love to assistyou when ever there is a problem, the employees actually care about the customers. Typical subway sandwich restaurant. Always good sandwiches that are fast and made to order. Employees are friendly and... personable. Eating area was clean and empty when we went. Parking can be troublesome as it is attached to a gas station butthere is additional parking on the side of restaurant. Read more
Just got back from the Dr. in which he confirmed that my husband and myself got salmonella poisoning from the tuna sandwich we... bought on Saturday evening 5/26/2018. The container was nearly empty so the sandwich maker SCRAPED around the container theremains of what was in there (hardly even a scoop full) and put it on my bread. Then proceeded to use the SAME scoop with afresh batch of tuna to finish my sandwich then fixed my husband's sandwich. That night we both were extremely sick with nauseaand diarrhea. Once a container sits for so long, it should be deemed unsafe for use. CLEAN YOUR UTENSILS!!! For crying out loudrefrigerate your food on the assembly line!! I won't be back. Read more
