Reviews for Subway in Katy, TX
I placed an online order that went through and was to be picked up at 8:20 PM. My coworker placed one as well. We get a call... about 10 minutes later from an unprofessional employee. He tells us "nah, we're closed. i just turned everything off." Theactual subway website says they close at 9. Google and my maps on my phone say 10. Doors say 8. Which is it? Maybe inform youcorporate office to change it so paid orders do not go through when you are "closed." I asked him how would I go about getting arefund, he had no idea. I called the corporate office this morning and they took my information and I have to wait to hear backfrom the owner of this location for my refund. Hopefully that happens quickly and in a professional manner. I will give themtill later today to contact me or I will be reporting as fraud to my bank. Update: It has been over 24 hours and still no callor email from the owner of the store on how to resolve the issue. Calling corporate in the morning, again. Update: Finally, wasin contact with the store owner. My interaction with her was what brought my rate from 1 star to 3. She was very kind and veryprofessional. I understand what her struggles are with the store and she is really trying to fix the store. She explained whatshe could do and went above and beyond. I will be visiting another store of hers and excited for a better interaction. Read more
Deserves less than a star, not friendly. Literally I ate just the bread. Ok finally I requested the guy for Parmesan he just... sprinkled in the air I bet not a single mg of cheese fall into the sub or ground. The manager himself is very rude, not a welcoming atmosphere. First & last time I come to this Subway.
Absolutely a mess! I genuinely feel sorry for the lady working ALONE at PEEK TIME of the day. Walked in and noticed a really... long line and saw there was only one person working. I "assumed" there was someone in the back maybe bringing some more veggiesor something of that sort. She looked so stressed out, the bread was running out, she ran out of certain meats etc. Needless tosay I feel she should've just walked out. No one deserves to be left alone working ALL DAY that way. The owner of this needs totake care of this situation ASAP. He should consider either hiring some more people or getting himself back there to help!!!!!!1 STAR FOR THE OWNER SINCE HE IS SO IRRESPONSIBLE AND INCONSIDERATE. Read more
I really recommend this subway location. Mr.kevin Was so nice and welcomed us to his restaurant. He was polite and kind to all... of us. The restaurant surroundings are clean and inviting. Read more
