I have experienced a handful of sushi restaurants and this is a spectacular place! Our waitress was Judy ? Judie ?! She was... attentive and kind. My girlfriend and I wanted a quick bite and we're not aware that the price was higher for dinner compared tolunch. She helped us out and guided us so we ordered 2 rolls only. I asked her for information over the price and that's whenshe informed me of the cheaper lunch price. The restaurant is calm and very well decorated. Definitely gonna be coming backagain. Beware owner charged me a surcharge of 10% more for this much food left over. And the owner came over and was rude to us and... told us we could take our extra food home for $25 more. DONT COME HERE. Read more
Food was not terrible. For the price it was a really great deal. However, if your looking for good quality sushi this is not the... place. While it is a good deal for it's money worth the food had weird tastes at times. Read more
My brother, husband, and I come all the time! The 45 minute drive really works up our appetites :) It is always consistent and... delicious. The best salmon sushi I?ve ever had. Salmon melts in your mouth. The best sticky rice. Service is always excellent.They are so very patient with our constant orders. Anything made here is made with excellence. Highly recommend. Order as you gofor the ALL YOU CAN EAT. You want to eat as fresh as possible. Also the combo of strawberry and green tea ice cream is myfavorite way to finish it out. Great sushi place ! There are several food categories such as appetizers, sushi, rolls, stir fry noodles/ rice or with soup and... so on. The server is nice and provide great service. Definitely give them a good tips. I will come back again. Read more
Place was crowded as expected on a Friday night. Waited about 25 minutes on a table for two. Once we were seated we were... promptly seated and order was taken. The dinner menu ($29) seems to be a bit more expansive than Sushi Masa. They offered shortribs and fish collar for example. These were limited to one serving per visit and take at least 15 min to prepare. Only theshort ribs were available during the visit. Sashimi was plentiful and fresh as previously frozen items can be. The salmon wasmore fatty and enjoyable than most sushi places I have been too. I ordered 20 slices of fosh and that was no problem. Sushirolls were on the big side, but not too much of a problem. Rice was good with well defined, separate grains and was seasonedwell. I only had one roll that was kind of mushy towards the end. Seafood ramen soup was kind of small but expected. Still goodwith a nice broth. Drinks were served in mason jars. Cute. Didn't expect them to use Styrofoam plates for the sushi andsashimi. Service was ok. There were only two servers on the floor and both did the best they can. Even the busser helped out. Iwould suggest ordering a lot and stop them when you are mostly done with a round. I actually waited 20 mins to get my lastorder in. I would go there again when there are more people willing to serve. Read more
First time at this restaurant. Have been driving 30 minutes to another place but will go here from now on. Food are good and... quick. Sushi has lots of variety and each are good so quality over quantity. The pepper tuna is fantastic. Cozy environment andstaff are very polite and attentive. Will definitely go more often. Read more
