A TRULY HIDDEN GEM. We came to Katy for business trip and was so grateful we gave this place a try! From our very first visit,... Rich greeted and took care of us, and we were fortunate enough to still be served by him on our following visits. We invited agroup of co workers to come as well and everyone, days later all talked about and appreciated the food selection, portions andservice Texas Borders offers. Loved the yum frozen cocktails, trio dip w chips and those BAJA TACOS are where its at! We cameat least 5 nights during our time in town thanks to the incredible service and selection- something for everyone <3 Thank you! Read more

I consider myself a foodie having grown up in a family of restaurantuers, cooks, chefs, and caterers. I don't give out 5 stars... easily, but this place earned them easily!! This is a must try. I'm not a fan of places who try to serve more than one style off food, but they make it work tremendously. Ask for Rich!! Read more

Everyone was very friendly, the pickle chips were excellent, and the portions were huge. This is a great place to relax and... watch a game, or to bring the whole family for dinner. Tables are far enough apart to easily fit a stroller. Read more

Normally enjoy my meal at Texas Border but unfortunately not tonight. My wife and i ordered the seafood mix platter. Shrimp,... catfish and fries. The one piece of catfish could not have been more than an 1/8 of an inch thick. The menu we were handed readthe price was $16.00 and were charged $17.00 each. Grandsons birthday and told waitress and i rememberd the birthday person gota free dessert but not tonight. Even after she stopped to look at what he got for presents did it dawn on her to maybe bring thebirthday dessert. Probably will go back but will not order seafood platter again. Read more

Texas Borders is my favorite spot. I have been ordering food from T.B. since 2019. Today I was truly disappointed with my 2Go... order of chicken tenders and the seafood platter The chicken tenders were very small, catfish was sloggy and the shrimp wasfried hard. Read more

Service was very good. I ordered the Fajita Sandwich. It was horrible. Tough, not seasoned and lacked anything you'd expect to... experience "Joy". The patrons seemed hardened drinkers and used profane language loudly. I wouldn't recommend this place forfamily or a business meeting. It was a wretched experience on my date. We both decided to leave because it was intolerable. Butagain, the service was good. I guess I would go there if I wanted a bar experience or if I had a friend that was an alcoholic.Even that being said, it's still an "I guess" Read more

The food is top shelf! Catfish was great, Santa fe salad with blackened chicken was super. Dan's chicken pasta was delicious and... generous, and burgers were good! Read more
