Tropical Smoothie Cafe, COUNT YOUR DAYS! The employees are so rude and bothered having to serve customers. Then, a female... employee placed a large smoothie in the middle of the drink carrier and smirked when I spilled the large smoothie all over theground. WHY would you put a large smoothie in a spot that doesn?t have a hole for the cup and not even say anything?! Howabout, ?Hey, this drink isn?t secured. Be careful.? I had no idea it would likely topple over. I asked for another smoothiesince I spilled the one they carelessly placed in a drink tray and they charged me for it again! I?ll NEVER go there again. I?drather drink a cup of sand. The only reason I gave them 2 stars instead of 1 is because the smoothies tasted OKAY. Not great,but the hassle you go through to even get the smoothies isn?t worth it. consistently terrible service and the most condescending bad attitude hiring manager you'll ever meet. this is the worst... tropical smoothie i've been to thus far by a long shot. avoid the arrogant heavy set hiring manager, he will laugh in your facebefore even thinking about showing an ounce of respect to anybody he doesn't think is qualified to put a drink in a cup or thatwants an average wage. obviously there is a lack of drive to keep a good image of the company's hospitality from this guy, maybeworking at the dmv would be a better fit for him. don't come here. First time coming and my order was done wrong and when i talked to the lady she said she read the order and i said it was right... and left it at that instead of fixing it. Im allergic to mango and they gave me a drink with mango so now i wasted money andhad to throw it away. Very poor way to deal with a client. Read more
i always get the same two smoothies from here, they?re always good, but when i got my smoothie today it literally tasted like... dirt. like nothing. gross old ice. for 7 dollars it was absolutely not worth it. do better tropical smoothie. i suggest tastingit in store before being out 7 dollars at home drinking gross old dirt ice water. Great place for healthier option than other fast food around the area. I tried their Baja chicken wrap with a Avocolada smoothie... combo, also came with a side of kale apple slaw, it was good. Definitely recommend to give them a try, especially with thesummer heat, great for some nice fresh smoothies. Place is clean with friendly staffs and easy parking spots right in front ofthe store. It's always difficult to review chain casual restaurants because they tend to be consistent at every location. The quality of... the food here will be similar, if not the same, to any other Tropical Smoothie Cafe. But, if you're new to this casualrestaurant, let me tell you what we like here. The fam and I all love the Blimey Limey smoothies here, they're are our favorite. We also really like the turkey cheddar wraps and club sandwiches. You can't go wrong with those. The customer service here isjust "okay" at best. Not really any friendly smiley faces to greet you and take your order. The employees here justacknowledge that your ordering something and on to the next person. Again. It's not great service, but it's not bad either.This kind of mediocre service is consistent with casual restaurants. Note: Because of Covid, there is currently no indoorseating, just pickup service. U less you're itching to get out of the house, it's probably best to have your food delivered bya food delivery service. Read more
