I took my 15 year old daughter here, she loved it because of the “anime”experience. Not that, that is what they are known... for (but if you have a pre-teen or teenager that is into that), and you want great food this is the place for you. Overall, I was completely satisfied with Tsukiji Fusion Sushi. The selection of rolls was a bit more than your average American... Sushi eatery. It seemed as though there was essentially every combination you could want in terms of pairing. I've tried toincorporate more patience in my life as of late. If there was anything about the experience that was less than 5 stars, it wouldbe that the service was a bit slow. Not bad service by any means!!! We went in for lunch and we weren't disappointed at all. The place was super clean, the staff wore masks, and it wasn't very... crowded either. We ordered the chicken teriyaki bento box, it comes with 4pieces of sushi, fried veggies (carrot, potato,broccoli, Onion), chicken breast in chosen sauce, a small side of salad, a small bowl of miso soup, and white rice (can beswitched to fried rice for $1). And it was absolutely delicious. Loved every last bite of it. Another thing we ordered was theCharizard roll which contains steak and crab. It was delicious too. Definitely try their specialty rolls and they have a widevariety of those. The portion size is generous too. They also have squeaky clean restrooms that has a space for changing babydiapers as well. 4 stars simply because we've had better sushi in Houston. Although this place is worth a try! Read more

This is officially our new Sushi date night location. I have to admit, it hits all the right notes. The location is clean and... quiet, with lots of manga artwork on the walls. The staff are very friendly, helpful and definitely remember repeat customers.Their selection of Sushi is awesome! We've been there three times now and it keeps getting better every time. Our favorites arethe Shaggy Dog, the Charizard Roll, the pan fried dumplings, and we've been cycling through their rice bowls as well. Word tothe wise, if you get a rice bowl, and it has a side sauce, please try the sauce before dumping it in the bowl! That way, youknow if it's for you or not. Happy hour is great when you are looking to get in and out quick, the portion sizes are smallerand the cost is reduced. We usually drink water with our meal, and it all still comes out to less than $50.00. If you live inthe area and love Sushi,...please pay them a visit! ***edit*** Business is still booming for this location, especially on theweekends. However, Wednesdays seem to be their quiet days in case you wanted to escape the crowd! Read more
My one and single complaint was not having an extra stomach when eating here. Tsukiji Fusion is a really cool, clean, relaxing... sushi place. The decorations are not typical Japanese-style, but it is more modern and relaxed.
