The restaurant is clean. Friendly staff. There's a gas station next door, that you can access from inside also, via a... connecting door. The service was fairly quick. The food was hot and tasty. Unfortunately, they didn't have lettuce for myburger at the time. There was a notification on the register but, I wasn't too much paying attention to it. I ordered a Large Mango Pineapple Lemonade, on the Wendy's app, arrived to the restaurant to pick up the order, and found that... the Wendy's app had reodered my previous day's order in addition to the Pineapple Lemonade. When I informed the manager of themistake, the manager and staff advised there was nothing they could do about the Wendy's app order. I then took the food, andgave it to a female beggar in front of Wendy's and left the property angry and bitter about the Wendy's app leaving a previouspurchase left in the ordering mode of the app after a new order. Unlike other apps, you see your total and final order wellbefore activating a new purchase. I got a Taco Salad and they put "TOMATOES SKIN" instead of diced tomatoes on it. Then my Hamburger I said no ketchup. For 25.... Dollars you would think we could have better severe. Read more
The ppl were polite, but the food was not to standard. The fries were old and the spicy chicken sandwiches we ordered, the... chicken was old. It was sitting out to long in their warmer. This trip only two stars. Read more
We had a great experience here for the most part for about 3 years then management changed and they practically didn't have... Frosties all of summer 2022, when it was super hot! Not sure what needs to happen but they also would get orders wrong orcharge for extra items we didn't order. Hope they get things straightened out or we'll be looking for a new location. Read more
Went to take a drink of my Strawberry lemonade and noticed there was a dead fly in my cup. I reversed thought the drive thru and... gave them the cup. Told them there was a bug in my drink and they said "Oh I'll get you a fountain drink". No manager came up tome to apologize or to assure that they'll clean it out. Obviously not a well kept Wendy's. Wendy?s you guys have the worse customer service reps in the world. Your night shift at this location is an absolute horror. You... guys are wrongfully promoting the 4X4 deal and your employees get mad when they get called out over your wrongful promotions.All these Wendy?s in katy need to be shut down and management taken into consideration.
