They don't have a cover to stop rain from getting on you or your car, so my daughter and I went to the front door. It says on... the door that the lobby is open 9 am to 12 am. I knocked and they wouldn't even look at me, so I called and the lady answers mewhile looking at me. I say the lobby is closed bc it is raining and it will make a mess... So, let me get this straight.. We canget drenched as long as they don't have to mop the floors. That is great service, after I said this they unlocked the door. This review is long overdue. This is the only location that I visit. They have a great crew and each time I visit my food is... prepared fresh. The Shift Lead Andre is amazing. He greets you with a smile, and he's so helpful. The manager Karelyn iswonderful and pleasant. She made sure my order was made fresh. Pedro is great, and he's eager to help. He's very attentive, andhe gets your order correct the first time. He's very fast and accurate in checking you out. Karelyn, Andre, and Pedro providedexcellent customer service. Thank you Wendy's for hiring such great people. Since visiting this location Andrew has assisted metwice. He's wonderful and extremely helpful. Today I bought cookies for the first time because of him. I'm happy he informed methat I could get the cookies for 99 Cent with the purchase of a combo. The sign is small so if it wasn't for him I wouldn't havebought any cookies. Andrew provided excellent customer. Read more
Completely messed up my order and didn?t realize until I got home. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and received something... not even close and can not eat it. Not wasting my time to drive 15 minutes to get it fixed. Lost money and still hungry. Read more
Quite possibly the worst Wendy's I've ever had. Fries old and burnt. Hamburger was trash. Way to much ketchup and mayo. No... lettuce,... I asked for everything on it. I could go on, but why bother? Definitely won't be back. Read more
