We tried Dominos Kaufman for the 1st time in years today. We have been loyal Pizza Hut customers for years also. The Dominos App... is WAY easier to operate, the time in which our food was prepared and actually ready was also SO much better than Pizza Hut. Wewill be back! Read more

Every time I've ordered from Domino's in Kaufman I've had great service by happy employees. The order has always been right and... I'm always impressed at how efficient and timely they are. The minute you walk in the door, they direct their attention to youto ensure you are or have been taken care of. Never once have I had a bad or even mediocre experience. Working in thehospitality and food/service industry is not always easy. They really do a great job. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 isbecause I've been having lots of challenges getting logged into the app. which is quite frustrating, but that's not directlyrelated to this specific store. I've ordered from here dozens of times over the years and it's always been delicious. Over the phone service has always been... respectful and prompt and no one has ever been rude to me. However if I had to make a complaint it's that they never seem togive you what you want in the terms of quantity. Multiple times I've ordered extra or double of either cheese or other toppingsand never have I actually gotten that. I've even gone so far as to order two pizzas one with normal cheese and double cheese andthey both came with the same amount that includes my most recent order.
