Horrible staff very unfriendly, I?ve asked for three happy meals non of them have the apple slices but they didn?t tell me... before buying the meals, toys were the same but the problem was the way that girl told my daughter they don?t have differentones and she was lying cause other kids have different toys, very rude, and also is the manager who almost threw to me my moneyback for the apple slices! was horrible! A lady named jazmine called my mom a b word because my mom was playing and asked could we get free food because... there was a mice running around the store. This is possibly the worst McDonalds I've been to.. staff is unprofessional and very unfriendly. please don't ever go there... thinking you're going to get any type of frozen/blended drink or anything containing ice cream. This is one of those McDonaldswhere their machines are always "down".. even when their machines are working, it seems that the employees can't follow a recipeso drinks are made incorrectly and taste bad or watered-down. Will never come back to the Kauffman McDonald's again! The whole place was dirty had to clean our own table off. They gave us a... plastic thing so the could bring our food 30 minutes later we go look for our food sitting on counter cold. Gave us new friesatleast. Bathrooms where filthy. I don't get takeout often, but for my kids I'll sometimes do it, 3rd time here and all the times my order was missing something.... It wasn't like a straw or ketchup packets, it was actually part of the meal I paid for. I never made a fuss about it or evenwent back for my missing order the 2nd time it happened, but now this is the 3rd time and I feel a bad review is what I'll givethem. To top things off, they charged me for extra items that weren't in my order, done with McDonald's for sure.?? Read more

We arrived in drive thru and plced order at 9:15. Paid cash. Asked to wait in mobile 3 spot. Went inside after 10 minutes. Asked... for our food. Was told it would be out soon. Left 9:50- with my mom?s food, my son?s food and not my food- they gave me amcmuffin that I couldnt eat and didnt order. No apology from them and they refused to refund me. Unacceptable. The food is great most days; just wished they would change their grease more often. The service is usually nice, friendly and... courteous most mornings(in the afternoon it's a hit or miss), but the atmosphere inside I am unaware of because I choose thedrive thru most days. Read more
