I placed my order and paid online with a tip! It was confirmed at 5:24pm. I got to Pizza hut at 5:45. There was a line for the... drive-thru. They were busy it was Friday night homecoming football afterall. 20 min. later I finally make to the window. Aftersitting there for another 15 min not a single person came to the window to say I'll be with you shortly or we're running behind.Nothing. I had to honk my horn 3x to get someone to the window.
