I placed my order and paid online with a tip! It was confirmed at 5:24pm. I got to Pizza hut at 5:45. There was a line for the... drive-thru. They were busy it was Friday night homecoming football afterall. 20 min. later I finally make to the window. Aftersitting there for another 15 min not a single person came to the window to say I'll be with you shortly or we're running behind.Nothing. I had to honk my horn 3x to get someone to the window. Our first time dining in. Paid for buffet only to ???? very little???????????? to choose from. No pasta was put out either. My wife picked up 2 large pizzas and brownies totalling $44 I am done with this pizza Hut in Kaufman I have told them and my... wife had told them also. The portions on the pizzas have gone way down. It used to be really good but now this is what a MeatLovers looks like and $44 I can go in and be served better food and better quantities for that. Good pizza, really good atmosphere the waitress was nice. The only thing I don't like that much was the cheese of pizza it taste... a little " fake" and it was to greasy. But still taste good. Read more
