Waited 40 mins in the lobby area with my family of 3 with no food. The drink machines in the front were not working so I waited... at the front counter and the people there just stared at me and never helped me. I finally just asked for a refund and left. Read more

Worst service ever. Don?t eat inside. Ordered only a few items took 30 mins. Went up there for a water cup and waiting 10... minutes with workers just staring at me. Asked for a refund so I could take my business elsewhere. Read more
Slowest Drive thru EVER. Food is 2/3 times slapped together and not accurate or not hot. Freeze machine always down.
Food was good, but when I picked up my order, everyone's masks were on their chin (what's the point??) and one guy was standing... at the window eating nacho fries. Like, no thank you? That is NOT food safety standards. Read more
They had me pull around and park and came outside ten minutes later to ask what I ordered. It took them forever to make my order... with three people working and I watched one person do nothing but clean lobby instead of helping. To top it off, they were outof a bunch of stuff. This was a very upsetting visit to Kaufman. Places order and had to wait 15 minutes, but after 25 mins Guy brings out our... order,we travel back to Terrell out to find out we had a bucket of over cooked, brown,hard hot wings, a total disappointment..ifeel like I was robbed for my money. Yikes! Ordered and over heard the employee at the window making jokes about them running out of food literally! We revived our... order and nothing was made correctly apparently they were out of quiet a few ingredients that are required to complete the itemswe ordered so they just used what ever they had and nothing tasted even half way right also tacos were beyond stale and the waitwas pretty long Read more
