Took 20 minutes to get my food. I tried to ask about flavors and loaded fries with no description from cashier. Seemed like I... was bothersome with nobody in the restaurant. Food was warm at best and boneless were rock hard. Parmesan garlic was swimmingin oil and covered in parmesan. Not good tasting at all. Mango habanero was a decent flavor but warm as I been sitting for awhile waiting. Fries were sweet tasting like they added sugar instead of salt to them. Weird flavor and barely had any cheese. I was just overall dissatisfied and disappointed. I've never had wingstop and doubt I would ever come back. I wanted to giveit a try since they're new in town. I almost left cause the vibe from the cashier wasn't pleasant. There were online ordersthat came and left and even the 2 people who ordered behind me were fed before my order was even made. I didn't finish my foodand feel like I wasted almost $15 on a meal that wasn't worth it. I'd ask for a refund but I was already upset. I leftabout 70% of my food there. Nobody even asked how it was or came to see if everything was OK. When I asked for silverware theman seemed like I asked for money. Extremely Greasy and lack seasoning on wings, everytime i eat here i end up with acid reflux and vomiting the next morning... because of how much grease is on the wing. no other wing stop does that to me.. wings over kaufman is 100% better. Read more
The food was great! However, when we received our order it was wrong. We live outside of town, so I had to call and ask them to... remake a portion of our order that we were missing completely. When asked on the phone what was missing, I told them what Ithought was correct and what I thought wasn?t wasn?t. I was met with a ?Hmmm, that?s weird that you are missing food? and ?areyou sure??, as if to say I was lying about what was or wasn?t there. I was told they would remake what I thought was missing?when I got to the restaurant, I was then told that they KNOW they made what I thought was missing (two different bbq flavors canbe easy to mix up by looking at them only), so they gave me what they thought I was missing instead? aka what they didn?t put inour bag to begin with. I opened the box in the car and the food was cold. They just put what I originally ordered in a bag andcalled it ?remade?.
