I don't like how pricey everything is, but I must say I DO like the quality of my subs that I have been receiving! I had... delivery twice this past week and I always received my food in under 30 minutes.. and even today I ended up going there and thestaff is very polite and the food was done efficiently! I know no business is perfect all the time about every detail there is,but out of all the times I've been there, the customer service has been great and if I have questions they take the time toanswer them and the quality of my food has been pretty good! This is second time this month that we waited over an hour for delivery. First excuse was driver issues, second was waiting on... driver and had to make more bread. Ridiculous reasons. This place needs quality managment or it will be closing Read more
Delicious place to grab a great lunch with good friends
I frequent this kaukauna location often being that it is a convenient stop on my way home from work or lunch. I like many others... in this review string have had certain instances where I have had to wait up to 20 minutes in the drive thru only to find outthere is one car in front of me - I have received the wrong sandwich on multiple occasions and then to top it all off, yesterdayin the drive thru, the cashier failed to give me my debit card back- went through the process to cancel my card and had to callthem to figure out it was there. I do understand staffing is tough right now, but your team there needs to do a better job.Very frustrating experience. I will not be returning to this particular location being that I have given this spot multiplechances. To the owner of this location - it might be in your best interest to close down for a couple days in order to re-trainall employees there. Read more
Stopped for a quick dinner. Only one in drive thru. Waited 15 min for 2 blts.. 3 people behind the counter. Last time totally... messed up my order. Not only incompetent. But NOT freaky fast. Will find new location. Read more
Jimmy John's is one of my favorite sandwich chains. This store is dealing with supply chain issues and did not have turkey... available or carrot noodles for their signiture wrap. This while unfortunate, is not unexpected in the currentera. Unfortunately, this is my third visit to this store and the third time my order was made incorrect. Two of the threesandwiches contained items we asked to be omitted and did not contain items we asked to be added. The store was very busy withorders, but the general cleanliness left much to be desired. The prep areas looked as if they really needed to be wiped down.There was wilted shredded lettuce everywhere. If you are looking for Jimmy John's Sandwiches, I recommend going to one of theother locations in the valley. Read more
Order placed to Jimmy John?s in Kaukauna, WI. At 5:40 pm. After order hadn?t arrived by 6:40pm. I tried calling the store. I... called 5 times with no answer! Then my CC company called with no answer - we were trying to cancel the order. We told thedelivery driver who told us the manager doesn?t like to answer the phone. We will not order from them again.
